Midwest Beer Travels

Dr. B and I toured 13 more Midwest breweries in the last couple weeks and we thought you might like to see a few pictures of our adventures. We had a too great time visiting old friends and meeting new ones… is that even possible? (probably not.)

Get Up And Dance! (Graffiti)

Today, Dr. B and I are pre-celebrating the purchase of our first house and it makes us want to dance. Tomorrow is closing day!       Photo References http://andberlin.com/2012/11/20/berlin-street-art-vol-4-various-artists/ http://www.streetartstudios.com.au/monikas-dance-street-art-mural/ http://typennington.com/last-look-stairs-with-flair-street-art/ http://www.berkeleyside.com/tag/berkeley-street-art/ http://www.originofcool.com/do-the-no-pants-dance/ http://livedrealities.wordpress.com/category/exciting-things/page/2/ http://www.closertooaxaca.com/streetarts/ http://ephemural.wordpress.com/tag/get-up/ http://flickrhivemind.net/User/Alec%20Street%20Art/Recent http://www.backdropsfantastic.com/backdrop_themes/backdrops/Backdrop_DA020-S-Dance-Graffiti-1.html http://www.backdrops.com.au/product/747/245 https://www.flickr.com/photos/iseenit/3633500321/?rb=1 http://stanleyquan.com/inspiration-dances-with-the-daring/ http://rjdancepassion.blogspot.com/2012/10/coolest-dancing-pics.html http://debbienicholson.com/street/?attachment_id=162 http://vi.sualize.us/maals/skull/ http://buenosairesstreetart.com/2012/06/new-buenos-aires-graffiti-by-cof/ https://www.flickr.com/photos/mermaid99/5039865217/ http://creepingsharia.wordpress.com/2010/03/23/corancan-graffiti-libel-the-french-burqad-can-can-girls/ http://forshowtheworld.com/2013/09/15/savage-with-spraycans/ http://religionsofharlem.org/tag/graffiti-2/

Wormy Chestnut and recycled glass sculpture/sun catcher

We found this piece of reclaimed wormy chestnut barn wood.  Got a hole saw and dremel tool to recess the holes.  Then we permanently glued slumped glass bottle bottoms and added two reclaimed copper hooks for easy hanging.  Great addition to any garden or in a window. Click on photos for more…
