On this day in 1987, Carly Collins was born. In her young twenties, Carly was introduced to the world of craft beer and exclaimed that Leinenkuegel’s Honey Weiss was her favorite beer. Only a few years later, she was introduced to local craft beer and now enjoys dark ales and even a little funky beer from time to time, while living in Boston.
