On this day in 1980, New Zealand All Blacks rugby player, Mils Muliaina, was born. He was part of the All Black squad at the 2003 Rugby World Cup. He was a talented fullback that, unfortunately, had to retire in 2011 due to a shoulder injury.
Since 1986, Steinlager has been actively involved in sponsorship of the most high-profile rugby team in the world, the New Zealand All Blacks Rugby Union team.
(In case you did not know, Inky LOVES the All Blacks and played rugby for the Indiana University Women’s Rugby Union for five years.)
In 2006, Steinlager provided sponsorship to specific USA Rugby Union teams, including Media Rugby Football Club and York/Lancaster Rugby Football Club, as part of a US marketing campaign.
